Palianychko N. Scientific fundamentals for formation of financial and economic mechanism of balanced using land of agricultural purpose

The thesis substantiates the theoretical and methodological basics, scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of the financial and economic mechanism of balanced using land of agricultural purpose which is the key factor of reproduction and preservation of agro-resource potential of the regions are elaborated and the conceptual-categorical apparatus is specified in the thematically research. On the basis of a substantiated structural and logical model of the functioning of the financial and economic mechanism for the introduction of a strategy for regulating the circulation of agricultural land in conditions of free competition, a system of determinants of financial support for balanced land use has been worked out. All above is characterized by the fundamental methodological foundations of the institutional support for the formation of financial and credit infrastructure. On this basis, an algorithm of organizational and managerial actions concerning the achievement of balanced agricultural land use with the definition of its specific stages has been developed. The directions of development of the financial-economic instrument of insurance of agricultural land use risks are proposed, which allows to agree the various interests of agricultural producers with the environmental-economic demands of society. The analysis of the current state of ecological stability of regions in the context of natural and climatic zones is carried out and the main risks and threats of agricultural and environmental safety of land use were systematized.
