Kovrehin V. Mechanisms of state regulation of the economic security of the higher educational institutions of Ukraine

Object of research: state regulation of the economic security of the higher educational institutions. Objective: substantiation of the methodological principles and strategic directions of improvement of the mechanisms of state regulation of the economic security of the higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Methods: sociological, hypothetical-deductive, comparative, statistical, theoretical-conceptual. Results: the theoretical and methodological principles have been substantiated, the scientific and practical recommendations for improvement the mechanisms of state regulation of the economic security of the higher educational institutions of Ukraine have been developed. Novelty: the functional and target model of the formation of the mechanisms of state regulation of the economic security of the higher educational institutions of Ukraine which provides for the consolidated identification of such parameters as "input", "state", "output" and "interconnection with the subject of the state regulation" has been formulated and scientifically substantiated; the typology of the higher educational institutions has been improved due to the substantiation of the perspective directions of their development - ecological, research and innovative; the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the science "Public Administration" in the part concerning the introduction of the concept "the mechanism of state regulation of the economic security of the university" has been further developed; etc. The results have been implemented in the activities of the Kyiv Regional Council, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, the Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Main Department of the State Fiscal Service in Kyiv, the Academy of Municipal Administration, the Department of Economics and Finance of the SES of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Research Institute of Civil Protection, the National University of Civil Protection of the SES of Ukraine, the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, the Lviv State University of Life Safety of the SES of Ukraine. Areas of use: public authorities.
