Sabluk S. Criminal and legal control over crime in Ukraine in 1922 - 1960 years.

The thesis is devoted to organizational and legal regulation of law enforcement in terms of combating crime, the legal provision by means of criminal, criminal and procedural control of the infringing activity from the point of view of the political and legal doctrine of that time embodied in legislative provisions, criminogenic element. It was established that the concept "crime control", which was widespread in Western countries, defined the activities to observe the operation of the object of control in order to obtain reliable information. Such a preventive function of a criminal law as maintenance of a person or a group of persons from committing crimes occupies an important place. It is ensured by establishing of the punishment system for certain types of illegal behaviour by the criminal law.
