Mykolenko V. Legal modernization of the Ukrainian prosecution bodies in the conditions of European interstate integration: the generalized study review.

In the dissertation, the first attempt in the modern legal science to carry out a comprehensive theoretical study of legal modernization of the prosecutor's office of Ukraine in the conditions of European interstate integration was implemented. In the course of the study the doctrinal definition of legal modernization of the law-enforcement system of the state is formulated, which should be understood as the purposeful activity of authorized entities, aimed at improving the organization and functioning of the system of law-enforcement bodies of the state as a dialectically integrated integrity in accordance with the present state of social relations, based on universal and regional institutional standards, universally recognized among democratic states, the basic principle of functioning as they are the principle of the rule of law.
