Essay

Actual scientific problem of subsequent development of structural synthesis and statistical theory of analysis of ultrawideband (UWB) passive radio engineering complexes (PREC) and high-precision complexes of two and three dimensional objects mapping development on its basis, in particular coastal zones control complexes of rivers and seas water area was solved. Radio engineering systems creation that satisfy the requirements of «Green Engineering» is a quite actual research direction, defined by international scientific community. PREC creation, that through UWB processing of spatio-temporal signals will provide the high-precision formation of two- and three dimensional radiometric images can be referred to the most probable directions of these requirements reaching. A row of scientific problems was solved for this, through which can be mentioned the following: UWB models of spatio-temporal signals received subsequent development; method of spatio-spectral sensitivity domain filling of aperture synthesis systems by UWB spatio-temporal signals was improved; A row of new and existing definitions, needed for adequate physical essence definition of UWB spatio-temporal signals statistical characteristics and their processing algorithms was firstly introduced and improved. Accurate clear structural synthesis tasks solutions of ultrawideband PREC for objects high-precision radiometric 40 images forming, which are situated in the far Fraunhofer field, in the case of antenna systems with arbitrary number of elements usage were obtained firstly. Method of inverse spatial filtering of primary two dimensional radiometric images, which greatly increases accuracy of their reproduction was firstly developed from the solution of inverse radiometric images forming problems; PREC of extended objects three dimensional mapping were firstly proposed, synthesized and substantially researched; new criterion of PREC widebandity and ultrawidebandity was proposed.
