Onyshchenko S. Budgetary security of Ukraine in conditions of financial globalization.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and methodological principles, methodological and practical recommendations development for providing state budget security in terms of financial globalization. State budget security essence is investigated, its place in the state economic security general system is determined. Financial globalization essence is investigated; its main characteristics are highlighted, influence objective preconditions and factors in budget security are studied. It is proved that financial globalization as a contradictory process has a dual influence and generates asymmetry in the world economy development. The methodology of state budgetary security research based on general scientific and special methods, scientific knowledge principles and means, which includes the preconditions study, research logical structure determining and cognitive activity tools, is suggested. State budget security estimation methodological principles are determined taking into account financial globalization influence, which target function is to take into account the actual change trends of the integral indicator factor in globalization challenges, specify and forecast indices marginal value by the due date, providing the integrity of the state budgetary security assessment taking into account the financial globalization acceleration and complex hierarchical connections in financial security field.
