An important scientific problem concerning the development of information technology for the management of the preparation of a competitive graduate of a higher educational institution on the basis of cognitive modeling of objects of reflective management is solved. Information technologies are developed for obtaining the cognitive model of a competitive graduate of a higher educational institution, the cognitive model of student competence assessment, the cognitive model for evaluating the professional activity of scientific and pedagogical workers. The method of collective multivariate examination has been improved.
