Yudin M. Complex system of psychological support in esthetic dermatology

On the informed consent with the principles of bioethics during the 2014 – 2016 years at the medical center «SA-Clinic» conducted complex psychological examination of 286 women – patients of cosmetologists. Patients divided into groups according to criteria disharmonious (n=190) and harmonious self-esteem (n=96). Among respondents with disharmonious attitude allocated two groups: with low (n=108) and high self-esteem (n=82). Women with harmonious type formed comparative group (n=96). In research 35 dermatologists took part. In the dissertation identified the basic psychological difficulties of patients with cosmetological problems, peculiarities of their psychoemotional state. In the study investigated personality and behavioral patterns of patients in conjunction with the existing problems of look. The system of interpersonal relationships and social interaction of people with cosmetic problems analyzed. The main factors of professional deformation of medical personnel in the field of cosmetology are studied. On the research results, the system of psychological support in esthetic dermatology scientifically substantiated, developed and introduced into clinical practice. An assessment of its effectiveness and the practical significance of the results proved.
