Essay

The dissertation is devoted to scientific and methodical generalization and new solution of optimization problems of art education by study, development and practical testing of sanogenic and personaly paradigm of music education in preschool and primary school education. The leading provisions of sanogenic and personal paradigm are proposed by principles: complementary-integrative, humanistic-communicative, hedonistic-optimistic, emotionally-corrective, individual developmental. There was analyzed the theory and practice of modern system of preschool and primary school music education in the context of modern scientific approaches which was based on the study of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, artistic research of literature. There was revealed the essence, content and structure of musical proficiency, criteria, indicators and levels of its formation at preschool children and primary school children. There were considered the peculiarities of psychological and physiological development of modern preschool and primary school children. There was investigated the phenomenon of music therapy and experience of its application in the field of music pedagogy. Effective implementation of sanogenic and personal paradigm is provided by the theoretical-methodological system of musical education of preschool and primary school children using music therapy, which includes the development of pedagogical conditions, stages, forms, methods and techniques.
