Krysak A. Land relations regulation on a foundations of a sustainable development

Object - the process of regulating relations in the land use system on the principles of sustainable development; the goal is the formation of theoretical and methodological foundations and the development of practical recommendations on the regulation of land relations in Ukraine on the principles of sustainable development; methods - historical approach and dialectical method of cognition; abstract-logical analysis; system-structural; mathematical modeling and cluster analysis; statistical analysis; cartographic, grouping of regions by levels of regulatory efficiency in the overall structure of regions; comparative analysis; software-target; novelty - the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for regulating land relations to ensure sustainable development; theoretical and practical results - the implementation of the proposed conceptual provisions, scientific, methodological and practical recommendations will increase the socio-eco-economic efficiency of land use through the formation of effective mechanisms for regulating land relations. The main provisions of the dissertation work are brought to the level of methodological developments and practical recommendations intended for a qualitative assessment of the state of land resources, land relations, the effectiveness of their regulation; degree of implementation - in the activities of the Main Directorate of the State Geodeticadastre in the Volyn region (reference 0-3-0.3-7832 / 2-16 of 29.11.2016); at the regional level of the municipal enterprise Volynprirodresource (certificate No. 69 dated December 14, 2016); in the Volyn Research and Design Institute of Land Management (reference No. 168 / 1-11 of December 29, 2016); in the Program of social and economic development of the city of Lutsk for 2016-2017 (reference No. 29-14 / 933 dated December 21, 2016); in the Department of Ecology and Natural Resources of Volyn regional state administration (certificate No. 2486 / 1.15 / 2.16 of December 22, 2016); in the activities of the Institute of Irrigated Agricultural Sciences of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (certificate No. 17/18 of 04/01/2018).
