Sherstiuk R. Multicomponent Model of Forming an Organizational Mechanism for Ensuring the Stable Functioning of an Industrial Enterprise (Post-conflict European Transformation Accents)

The object of the study was the processes of management of innovative, resource, logistic and marketing factors of effective activity on the basis of a multicomponent model that influence the stable functioning of the industrial enterprise and its cost. The purpose of the research is to form a multicomponent model of management of the factors of effective operation of ensuring the stable functioning of the industrial enterprise on the basis of the allocation of innovation-resource and logistic-marketing components and the formation of methodical managerial tools for its implementation. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in the conceptual solution of an important scientific problem - ensuring the stable functioning of industrial enterprises and theoretical, methodological, methodological and applied scientific grounds for the formation of a multicomponent model of an organizational mechanism that will contribute to the achievement of efficient activity of enterprises in the processing industry. The subject of the study is the principles, provisions, economic methods, techniques and practical aspects of the formation of innovation-resource and logistic-marketing strategy of management by factors of effective activity and expenses of the industrial enterprise. The results of the most practical significance include proposals for the implementation of the algorithm for the process of selection and evaluation of the effectiveness of the project management strategy factors of the effective operation of the enterprise, taking into account possible costs; methods of planning and management of factors of effective activity of the enterprise and optimization of expenses on the basis of innovation-resource and logistic-marketing component in terms of allocation of the target priorities. The practical results of the work, their level and degree of use are that the conceptual and methodical approaches and practical recommendations put forward in the dissertation can be used by the processing enterprises of the industry in the formation of an organizational mechanism for ensuring the stable operation of the enterprise and its development.
