Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodical generalization, and proposes a new approach to solving the actual problem of university students' physical education in the process of extracurricular sports-mass work. The essence of "physical culture of student's personality" is considered. The structure of the student's personality physical culture in the relationship of cognitive, emotional-value, behavioral-activity components is distinguished. The criteria, indicators and educational levels of students' physical education are determined. The system of physical education of students in extracurricular sports activities has been theoretically substantiated, designed in the unity of aim, conceptual, prognostic, formation, and result blocks, and its efficiency has been experimentally tested.
