The dissertation outlines the peculiarities of the political influence of business on the state and society in the countries of developed democracy and in the conditions of systemic transformation in Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of the problems of the functioning of the institute of business, a set of theoretical positions forming a new independent direction in the science of public administration, which solves a large socially significant scientific problem of institutionalization of the ways of implementing the business community political goals as one of the base subsystems of a civic society, is formulated. The work of the institutes of global civil society and their role in the formation of national-level civil society in Ukraine was explored and the role of new actors of the global civil society and Transnational companies in the development of the state policy of national states was determined. Recommendations for the formulation of state policy in the field of development of partnership relations between business and authorities in Ukraine in the era of globalization under the conditions of globalization have been developed. The purpose and objectives of the research. The purpose of the study is to reveal theoretical and methodological principles and to provide scientific and practical substantiation of the state management of the formation of partnerships between the authorities and business in the context of social transformations; to develop recommendations on improving the mechanisms of state management of the interaction of the institutions of power and business in the conditions of the transformation of Ukrainian societies under the influence of globalization processes.
