The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and technical problem - the development of scientific bases of the technology of manufacturing shoe products from polymeric materials on the basis of mathematical modeling of loading, deformation and production processes of details of footwear of complex geometric shape with given operational properties. The mathematical models of processes of torsion and bending of shoe parts are developed, taking into account the physical and mechanical properties of polymer materials and the nature of loads. The properties of polymer parts containing inserts from other materials is investigated, namely, the regularities of the adhesion bond formation between the polymeric material of the sole and the inserts have been established. The mathematical models of melt preparation processes, filling of the mold, forming and cooling of the product in the molding cavity are developed. The dependencies of the technological parameters of the manufacturing processes of the details of the shoes of complex form on the characteristics of the technological equipment and molds were determined. As a result of experimental studies, the optimal values of the molding temperature and mold temperature during the manufacture of footwear components containing adhesive compounds are established, for example, when meeting the fluxes of the melts in the case of molding through several inlets.
