Dunaiev I. Mechanisms of modernization of regional economic policy in Ukraine in terms of integration processes

Object of research: modernization of regional economic policy. Aim: to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and substantiate practical recommendations for forming a complex of mechanisms for modernizing regional economic policy in Ukraine under the conditions of integration processes. Methods: dialectical method of cognition, methods of analysis and synthesis, systematic approach, structural approach, method of scientific abstraction, expert survey method, integration and marketing approaches, institutional approach, etc. The results: is to solve the actual scientific problem of deepening theoretical and methodological foundations and to develop a methodological approach to the formation of a complex of mechanisms of modernization of regional economic policy in Ukraine under the conditions of integration processes. Novelty: the conceptual provisions of the formation of new regional economic policies for modern Ukraine have been proposed and substantiated; the methodological approach to the formation of a comprehensive mechanism for the modernization of regional economic policy has been developed taking into account multidirectional integration processes; the method of constructing the institutional basis of the institutional and institutional mechanism for ensuring the processes of modernization of the regional economic policy at the stage of its formation is theoretically substantiated; the approaches to the classification of basic public-management factors of influence on the modernization of regional economic policy on the basis of the "level of occurrence of the factor" and "influence on the ability of the regional authorities to social transformations" are improved, etc. Introduced into the Department of Local Government and Territorial Organization of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, the basis of the current Strategy for the development of the Kharkiv region for the period until 2020 and the Action Plan for 2018-2020 on its implementation , is the basis of the project of the Economic and Social Development Program of the city of Ternopil in 2018 and the basis of draft regulatory documents for strategic development, etc. Areas of use: public administration, local government, training and retraining of civil servants, local government officials.
