The thesis presents the theoretical synthesis and the solution of important scientific problem of professional stress resistance formation of future specialists of socionomic professions. The thesis substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the research of professional stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions. The expediency of using a systematic approach to investigate the problem of professional stress resistance of specialists of socionomic professions has been substantiated. The content of the concept "professional stress resistance" is supplemented and specified. It is shown that although the problem of professional stress resistance of an individual is important for the practice, in particular, for the professional training of specialists, it is not sufficiently studied. The ambiguity of the concepts of professional stress resistance of an individual should be solved by integrating them on the basis of the systems approach.The analysis of the scientific literature revealed that professional stress resistance is to be understood as a person's ability to withstand the negative effects of stress factors in professional activity, predetermined by an individual set of congenital and acquired properties and processes that provide the optimal way to achieve a goal in work in a difficult emotiogenic situation. As a personal quality, which determines the level of effectiveness of overcoming a stressful situation, professional stress resistance is a multicomponent phenomenon, that is closely related to coping strategies and is predetermined by several individual-typological features of the individual. It has been established that professional stress resistance is manifested under the influence of professional stress factors, the specificity of which is determined by a specific type of professional activity. The features of professional stress and professional burnout in the representatives of socionomic professions are studied. The theoretical model of formation of professional stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions is formulated and substantiated. The thesis contains a detailed analysis of the structural components of the professional stress resistance of students and specialists of socionomic professions. The model of professional stress resistance consists of three interconnected levels: individual, personal and subject of activity. The structural and functional structure of the presented levels is, on the one hand, rather stable - according to the principle of systemicity, but on the other hand, dynamic, because it undergoes constant age and situational changes, that is, it is in development. On the basis of the system approach, author's understanding of the processes of formation of professional stress resistance of the individual is presented and the model of professional stress resistance of specialists of socionomic professions with it component elements is substantiated. The main stages of the formation of stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions are determined. The development of professional stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions as a systemic professional-personal psychological formation occurs during the period of study in an educational institution and relies on the general mental development of the student. The core of the process of the formation of professional stress resistance is the development of the individual in the process of professional training, mastering the profession and performing professional activities. The process of formation of professional stress resistance of individual is dynamic and depends on external and internal conditions. It is individually peculiar, however, there can be highlighted qualitative features. The thesis describes periods of professional stress resistance formation in accordance with the way of achievement of expertise by a specialist. Numerous researches of scientists have shown that the development of professional stress resistance will be more effective if there would be implemented the psychological support program in the psychological service, which involves the inclusion of the student in this process during studies in an educational institution, taking into account the specificity of the student's personal development in every student's year, focus on the development of professionally important qualities of future specialists of socionomic professions. Empirical study revealed the common and distinctive features of individual, personal, subject-active characteristics of professional stress resistance, related to future professional activities, type of educational institution and gender. It is shown that a future specialist of socionomic professions is influenced both by universal stressors that influence the educational activity of students of each educational institution as well as by specific stressors due to the specifics of future professional activities. It is revealed that the adaptation to stressful influences of university students has a progressive dynamic from the first to the fifth year, which is conditioned by the formation of adaptive resources of the student's personality. Factor analysis of psychological indicators of students' professional stress resistance showed that it has a multicomponent structure and is characterized by varying degrees of severity of the most significant psychological constructs that affect stress resistance of students, namely: locus of control, coping strategies, the presence/absence of irrational beliefs, character accentuations and satisfaction of needs and with living conditions. The obtained factors reflect the three main blocks that provide reception and processing of information, the creation of a program of own actions and control over its successful implementation. There were analysed the basic directions of psychological work on formation of professional stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions. There was substantiated the expediency of using psycho-correction work in groups of students. Based on the study and comparison of the characteristics of professional stress resistance of students and working specialists of socionomic professions, a program for the development of professional stress resistance of students in the educational process in educational institutions was proposed, which included three blocks: information, diagnostic and corrective. There was revealed a positive character of changes in the methods of response in stressful situations in the behavior of students who attended training sessions, that indicates the expediency and efficiency of the introduction of comprehensive program aimed at the formation and development of professional stress resistance into the educational process of specialists of socionomic professions. On the basis of the results of the empirical research, it has been developed a psychodiagnostic algorithm for prediction of the level of professional stress resistance of future specialists of socionomic professions, which allows to predict with high precision the level of personal resources of professional stress resistance of students in the future professional activity, which will allow to improve the recommendations and optimize the professional training of specialists of socionomic professions during the professional selection and study in an educational institution. The assessment of psychological features of different levels of professional stress resistance of students and specialists showed a high predictive informativeness of used psychodiagnostic techniques.
