Kachur O. Medico-social justification of the modern system of radial diagnostics at regional level.

The thesis is devoted to the solution of the problem of provision the patients of healthcare institutions with accessible and qualified radial diagnostics in the framework of reformed healthcare system. Informational base of research was composed by the results of own study and the analysis of legal-and-normative base and scientific publications. In the thesis the modern system of radial diagnostics at the regional level was justified and developed with the application of integrated socio-hygienic study. The central component of the system is the Center of radial diagnostics of hospital district on the base of intensive treatment hospital with the departments of X-ray and ultrasonic methods of examination. Justified is the creation of electronic system of information that enables remote interpretation of the results of examination and the formation of a centralized archive of surveys with the application of radial diagnostic methods. Algorithm of implementation of the modern system of radial diagnostics organization in healthcare system is developed. It consists of nine stages with the definition of activities in each phase, the necessary resources, decisions taken and levels of taking strategic and operational decisions. It is shown, that introduction of the proposed system would ensure patients timely and qualified diagnostics with the application of radial methods of examination.
