Essay

In dissertation results of theoretical and experimental research of planning of course of life by personality in youth are presented. Main points of view of modern scientists about special features of personality's life way design in youth are discussed. Substence of this phenomenon, its structural components (sense-of-life orientations, lines of life-way design, metadesign), devices (existential reflection, arrival of life decision, author's life choise, subject self-determination of life-sustaining activity process) are theoretically defined, conceptual model of youngster's life way design is developed. The complex of psychological diagnostic for the empiric study of the personality's life way design is constructed. Criteria (an activation of autonomus altruistic sense-of-life and value orientations; autonomic self- determination of his own value orientation's realization directions; clearness, integration and continuance live goals, plans, prospects in time; expansion of his own and other people life way design; creative life remodelling of youngster's life way design), indexes and levels (high, medium and low) of life way design development in late youth are analyzed. Psychological features and dynamics of becoming of sense-of-life orientations, lines (privacy and personal, professional, ethnic, spiritual) of life way design and metadesign, devices of personality youth age are investigated. The row of regularities of personality's life way design are considered. Theoretical bases of development and introduction, maintenance, basic stages, methods and technologies of elaborated system of psychological measures for optimization of this phenomenon are represented. Efficiency of this system and it's expediency for further introduction in practice of work of practical psychologists, teachers of high educational institutions and other specialists in work from optimization of life-design of modern youngsters is experimentally confirmed.
