The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the actual scientific and applied problem of developing the methodological foundations of geoinformation technology of risk-oriented decision support in natural and man-made systems in the conditions of emergency situations of a natural nature. The model of presentation of knowledge about possible scenarios for the development of destructive processes in natural and man-made systems in the form of plausible multilevel tree-like networks of events, as well as the method of constructing a model for the development of a destructive nature on the basis of such networks in the form of a spin-off Markov process is proposed. A set of methods for constructing a dynamical spatially distributed risk model under conditions of fast-moving destructive processes is developed.
