Iermakova O. Theoretical and methodological principles of formation of regional innovation policy in the context of glocalization

The object of the study is the processes of formation of regional innovation policy in the conditions of glocalization. The aim of the study is development of theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the formation of regional innovation policy in Ukraine under conditions of glocalization. Methods: theoretical generalization and retrospective analysis, discursive analysis, analysis and synthesis, economic-statistical analysis, system analysis, matrix positioning, scenario method, graphical method, SWOT-analysis, institutional-system method. Theoretical and practical results - theoretical and methodological conclusions and practical recommendations for the formation of regional innovation policy of Ukraine on the principles of glocalization, methodological approaches to the diagnosis of the state of innovation development and the definition of relevant scenarios. Novelty - the methodology of formation of regional innovation policy of Ukraine in the conditions of glocalization is determined, that is based on the concept of complementary combination of the glocal components of innovation development of the regions in terms of: productive (innovation activity), local (social capital in the innovation field), global (international cooperation in the innovation field) with regulatory institutes.
