The work is devoted to the substantiation of the system development of the professionalism bases of future teachers of technologies in the process of professional training. In the work the scientific and methodological foundations of the professionalism bases of future teachers of technologies in the process of professional training are revealed, including the conceptual-terminological apparatus of the research, which reveals the definitions of «professionalism of the pedagogue», «professional self-determination», «professional development of the personality», outlines techniques and methods of research. The theoretical principles and methodological bases of formation of professionalism of future teachers of technologies are grounded in the work; the mechanism of development of professionalism of the teacher of technologies is substantiated. In the dissertation the psychologically-akmeological concept of formation and development of professionalism of future teachers of technologies is theoretically substantiated. The identification of the development of the methodological understanding of the akmeological essence and the development of the professionalism of the teachers of technologies is considered, which is determined by the approaches to the study of this phenomenon, namely, the genetic, axiological, systemic-structural, synergetic, identity, activity, humanistic, subjective, acmeological, explaining the versatility, multilevelness the professionalism of the teacher of technologies as a structure. The methodology of the pedagogical system of forming the professionalism of future teachers of technologies, which involves optimization of professional identification of students taking into account the specifics of their future activities is substantiated, the actual levels of research are highlighted.
