In the dissertation theoretical and methodological principles of adaptive capacities of basic school pupils in physical education and prospects introduction of modern teacher of physical education, physical education and health foundations in universities. The essence of the phenomenon of adaptive capacities of secondary school pupils in physical education identify factors influence age and gender characteristics. Outlined methodological orientations, methodological approaches and principles, methodology diagnostic and studies adaptive capabilities of secondary school pupils for the rational construction of physical education and implementation of system analysis of the problem "Sports - Health - Longevity" in the development of adaptive capacity sportsmen junior – secondary school pupils, criteria and indicators of adaptive capacity secondary school pupils. Done experimental research and systematic monitoring of adaptive capacity and health of secondary school pupils in physical education, conducted research gradual application methods assess the development of adaptive capacities of secondary school pupils in physical education and identify prospects for their implementation in the preparation of modern teacher of physical education in higher education.
