The object of research is a development of system of economic relations and structural transformation of the agrarian sector of the economy. The goal of research is to justify of theoretical and methodological, scientific and practical bases of development of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy. For achievement of this goal and systemic solution of research tasks, such methods were used: abstract and logical, deductive, synthesis, generalization, monographic, system analysis, historical, comparative analysis, formalization, balanced, settlement and constructive, economic-mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, neural network modeling, graphical. Theoretical foundations are investigated and the methodological basis of development of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy is created, forms of their realization are defined. The methodological principles of estimation of a level of integration and dimension of the integrated economic operators are developed. The genesis of development of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine is investigated, the condition of the integrated agrarian production and development of the interindustry integration relations, influence of transnationalization on investment activity are estimated. The model of economic growth in the agrarian sector of the economy based on development of the integration relations is developed, the neoindustrial paradigm is created and mechanisms of formation the investment ensuring for innovative development of the integration relations are defined. Models, organizational and economic principles of involvement of all economic operators into the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy, in particular based on production contracting, are developed. The strategic directions of development of the grocery integration relations and the conceptual principles of rent policy in the system of their regulation are proved. The scientific novelty of the received results is in deepening of theoretical and methodological basis, providing of scientific and practical recommendations for development of the integration relations in the agrarian sector of the economy. Basic statements of the thesis are developed to the level of scientific and methodical works and recommendations. Area of application: public authorities of legislative and executive power of all levels, bodies of the state statistics, branch associations, integrated economic operators, scientific institutions, institutions of the higher education.
