Essay

The object of the study - psoriasis, hypertonic disease. The aim of the study - to optimize the treatment of psoriasis in combination with hypertension by developing differentiated adjuvant therapy based on the study of clinical manifestations, immune and angiogenic mechanisms neurohormonal processes and morphological changes of the skin. Methods of research: clinical, questionnaires, general clinical laboratory, biochemical, immunofermental, instrumental, pathomorphological, immunohistochemical, statistical. It has been identified different levels of pathological changes in patients with psoriasis with concomitant hypertension based on comparative analysis of clinical manifestations of psoriasis, complicating factors, assessment of quality of life, anxiety / depression, the results of laboratory, functional and pathological studies. Based on the research, three groups of patients were formed, in two of them, in addition to traditional therapy, the anti-oxidant armadine and biological feedback sessions were assigned in addition to the traditional therapy, and the third antidepressant was escitalopram. It has been established that the purpose of the proposed therapy can increase clinical efficacy, lead to a decrease in blood pressure, normalization or the trend towards normalization of laboratory and functional parameters. Results of the study are introduced into the practice at MI "Zaporizhzhia Regional Dermatovenerological Clinical Dispensary" of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, MI "Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary" (Dnipro), MI of Ternopil Regional Council "Ternopil Regional Clinical Dermatovenerological Dispensary", RMI "Kryvyi Rih Dermatovenerological Dispensary", MI "Khmelnytsky Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary", Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary of Zhytomyr Regional Council, Zakarpattia Regional Clinical Dermatovenerological Dispensary, MI "Kirovograd Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary", MI "Odessa Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary", MI "Rivne Regional Dermatovenerological Dispensary, and also in the educational process of the SI "Zaporizhzhia Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education of the MH of Ukraine", SI "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of MH of Ukraine", SHEI "I.
