The thesis presents the results of pedagogical research on justification of didactic principles, development of theory and technology of IT disciplines content construction in the system of tertiary education on the basis of competence and technological approaches. The object of the study is the training of information technology of future specialists in the tertiary education system. Subject of research: theoretical and methodical bases of constructing the content of information and technological disciplines in the system of tertiary education of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to substantiate the didactic bases and to develop the technology of constructing the content of information and technological disciplines in the tertiary education system.
