Bilska O. Theoretical and methodological background of social innovation in the national economy

A methodological platform of novative renewal of the economy was formed and presented in the paper. The essence of the «innovation» and a modern mechanism of proving their social meaning were defined. A critical evaluation to the approaches of «social innovation» and «social innovation introduction process» interpretation was given and the author’s concept was proposed. Scientific research and scientists’ view to the group of social innovation were considered. Their classification was developed, which reflected their spheres and institutes. The essence of the social innovation introduction process was explained. A basic object of the social innovation introduction process – human potential was described. The evaluation of the stage of the social innovation introduction multistage process of the human potential formation was given in the context of the qualitative and quantitative dynamics of the corresponding institutes and institutions. The processes of transformation of human potential to human capital were studied. The constructive opportunities of increasing its results were defined. The State could use those opportunities through improving the social innovation introduction process based on the proposed scientific and methodological approach of evaluation of evaluation of the results of the social innovation introduction process of human potential formation, its capitalization together with technical capital, and scientific and methodological approach of evaluation of dynamics of influence of the social innovation introduction process on the formation of the opportunities of human potential capitalization. The diagnostics of the social innovation introduction process was carried out and the perspectives of its modernization within the framework of transformation conditions was described. The information maintanenace of the realization of managerial and regulative processes of social innovation introduction process due to involving instrumental potential. Organizational and financial mechanism of the system motivation of the social innovation introduction process of the subjects of the economy and the mechanism of diagnostics of rehabilitation and stabilization of the economic system obtained their development.
