Generalized theoretical provisions on the nature, functions, components and objects of the in-formation infrastructure of the economic cooperation between regions and grouped its tools on the process approach basis. The essence of the concept of “information infrastructure of the economic cooperation between regions” is clarified and takes into account the specifics of the digital economy. The prerequisites for development are disclosed, among which the most important is ensuring information security. The approach to the indicators` analysis of economic cooperation between regions of Ukraine is improved, containing an assessment and definition of the type of the region's climate for the economic cooperation development. The concept of the information infrastructure development of economic cooperation between regions of Ukraine is developed, the contextual elements of the information and analytical support system for the information infrastructure development of economic cooperation between regions and the system of factors. The sequence of the level determining forth regional technological readiness in the country to use information and communication technologies has been formed. The procedure for determining the type of the region has been improved depending on the development level of the hardware and software in the information infrastructure. The contortion contour of the information and analytical support system for the information infrastructure development of the economic cooperation between regions was determined. Information infrastructure and analytical support of the United territorial communities and business entity development for economic cooperation between regions have been created.
