Kichurchak M. The Public Goods Reproduction in the Economic System of Ukraine.

The conceptual model of the public goods reproduction in the economic system of Ukraine under conditions of the sustainable development strategy realization has been developed in the thesis. The system of scientific views concerning the evolution of the public goods reproduction theory in the world economic science has been improved, the contribution of the Ukrainian scientists-economists of the end of the ХVIIth – the beginning of the XXth centuries into the formation of this theory was identified. The scientific interpretation of the public goods economic essence and their reproduction nature was deepened. The theoretical-gnoseological vectors of the public goods reproduction research were determined. The peculiarities of the formation of the economic ontology research of the public goods reproduction are defined and the extended model of such good reproduction is formed. Structuring the methodological principles and analytical instruments for the public goods reproduction research has carried out. The peculiarities and conditions of the public goods reproduction in the command-administrative system are identified, the scientific approaches to ground the institutional shifts impact on the process under conditions of the market economy formation in Ukraine are developed. The criteria for using the state-private partnership institute in the system of the public goods reproduction and the methodological approaches to evaluate the investment nature from state-private partnerships have been determined. The peculiarities of the fiscal exchange development in the public goods reproduction system are defined. The scientific-methodological approaches to the public goods reproduction status research (on the example of the cultural sphere) and the main conditions of this process realization were formed. The main ways of the adaptation of the public goods production organization foreign experience, institutional factors impact on their reproduction mechanism, practicality of using the program-target method of budgeting in the Ukrainian economy have been grounded.
