Essay

Object of research - hydraulic presses with pump-accumulator drive and individual servodrive. The aim of the work is efficiency increasing of hydraulic presses with pump-accumulator drive on the basis of scientific methods of engineering analysis development as well as design of new devices and practical recommendations to improve its constructions on the basis of individual servodrive. Methods of investigation - D'Alamber differential equastions, methods of fluid and gas mechanics theory, theory of volumetric hydraulic drive, applied theories of hasitations, impact and elasticity; systematic way of investigations; experimental investigations in real industry conditions with the usage of modern transducers of physical parameters into into digital signals, methods of experiment planning and mathematical statistics. Theoretical and practical results - efficiency increasing of hydraulic presses with pump-accumulator drive and individual servodrive on the basis of scientific methods of engineering analysis development as well as design of new devices and practical recommendations to be realized in industry. Novelty - method of theoretical and experimental determination of press basic parameters is developed; reasonable fast operation conditions are determined concerning approaching towards forged piece stroke, working stroke with the following decompression of power cylinders and ram braking while return stroke; new method of engineering analysis principally differs from the known ones in the sequence of hydraulic presses with pump-accumulator drive design being in accordance with the se-quence of the stages of machine cycle realization; for the first time it was introduced into the theory of engineering analysis and scientifically substantiated valve value factor. Introduction - complex of innovative devices and recommendations of improvement constructions and working conditions of hydraulic presses with pump-accumulator drive operated by means of individual servodrive is aprobated and introduced in industry.
