Essay

In the dissertation, there are conceptual bases of management culture development of future experts of forestry branch. They are based on the main thesis of the noosphere, culturological, competence, synergetic, andagogical, axiological approaches and awareness mentality as the underlying basis of its formation. The system of formation of management culture of future specialists of the forestry industry has been developed taking into account the main aspects of the model of a specialist in the forestry industry. The effectiveness of the developed system according to the criteria, indicators, and levels of formation was checked. The pedagogical system for development of the management culture of future specialists in the forestry industry consists of the following blocks: methodological-target block (the purpose and the main tasks, concrete methodological approaches, general and special didactic principles, mentality as basis); the content-technological block (stages: incentive-informational, forming, productive; forms, educational methods, pedagogical technologies, and components of the management culture content: axiological-motivational, cognitive, activity, personal); diagnostic and correction block contains criteria, indicators and levels of formation of management culture; end results / their correlation with expected; reflection) and pedagogical conditions (humanization of educational process, realization of the principle of integration, implementation of educational technologies oriented on creative and productive types of educational and cognitive activity of students, purposeful development of teachers' professional and pedagogical competence, organization of systematic work on the preparation of participants in the educational process for productive pedagogical interaction).
