Uzhva A. Sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy and its implementation strategy

The object of the research is the process of formation of the agricultural sector sustainable development of the region’s economy as a complex socio-economic system of economic relations. The aim of the research is the theoretical and methodological grounding of the principles and the practical recommendations development for the agricultural sector sustainable development of the region’s economy and the strategies for its realization in conditions of integration with the European space. The methods of the research are the following: monographic; dialectical; structural-functional; the method of system analysis; the method of statistical analysis; the method of correlation-regression analysis. The results are the theoretical and methodological generalization and a new solution of the scientific problem, which consists in the development of a strategy for the formation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy. The novelty: the organizational and economic mechanisms for providing economic, social and environmental components of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy and the conceptual basis of the strategy of sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy, which will enable it to be used as a scientifically grounded basis for the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy, are developed; a structural and economic model for implementing the strategy of sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy in the form of the formation of an agricultural and tourist cluster is suggested; the analysis of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy, which will help in forming the strategies to justify its implementation, is improved; methodological principles of the study of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the region's economy. Introduced in the activitу of the Kherson Regional Council, the Municipal Enterprise "Regional Development Bureau" of the Odessa Regional State Administration, the Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support in the Mykolaiv Region, the Department of Agricultural Development of Bashtanka District State Administration, the Department of Strategy and Economic Development of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. The scope of application is the activity of agrarian enterprises of the region.
