Zubkov R. Mechanisms of stimulation of investment and innovative activity in the region: strategic measurement

The thesis is devoted to development of teoretiko-methodological bases and practical recommendations about formation of mechanisms of stimulation of investment and innovative activity in the region. As a result of a research it is established that realization investment-innovative models of development of the region for the purpose of transition to the new doctrine of social and economic standards of regional growth there has to be an introduction of system of the uniform coordinating center of investment-innovative activity and creation of the Center of investment-innovative development of the Black Sea region, which activity is based on the mechanism of timely diagnosing of regional problems and vital issues of investment innovative development and development of practical recommendations about their decision.
