Essay

The scientific and national economic task for the biologically active substances search and the creation of the potential medicine of neurotropic action on their basis are solved in the thesis. The technical synthesis conditions and the methods of quality control of the adamantan-1-ammonium 2-((3-adamantane-1-yl)-4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-yl)thioacetate have been developed, the morphometric studies have been carried out. The composition and the tablets’ technology production have been developed by means of the wet granulation method. The storage conditions and the shelf life of «Adatrine» tablets have been detected. The conducted studies allowed to recommend a promising neurotropic action’s compound of the adamantan-1-ammonium 2-((3-adamantane-1-yl)-4R-1,2,4-triazole-3-yl)thioacetate («Adatrine») for prospective clinical trials. Acute, chronic toxicity and specific activity have been studied, a dosage form, a draft of technical synthesis conditions were worked out, which have been tested in the production’s conditions for this compound.
