Prikhno I. Financial support of the social sphere: theory and methodology

The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation of an effective system of financing the social sphere. The actual vision of the basic definitions "social sphere" and "financial relations" is presented. The existing mechanism of financial provision of social sphere is considered and the method of its research is formed. The current state of financing of the social sphere according to its own methodology has been characterized, current problems have been identified and ways of their solution have been proposed. The state financing mechanism of the priority social initiatives and the role of innovations in this process are covered. As a result, the actual vision of the concept of development of financial security of the social sphere, strategies, models and mechanisms of the effectiveness of such a process has been formed.
