The dissertation contains a complex research of Ukrainian non-banking financial services market and recommendations to provide its strategic development. The essence of non-banking financial services market, its place and role in the financial market are discussed. The impact of financial intermediaries on the non-banking financial services market development is proven. Essence and instruments of state regulation of non-bank financial services are investigated. The methodology of assessment of non-banking financial services market institutions functioning, including a system of indicators for the study of the efficiency of non-banking financial services market are developed. Estimation algorithm and mathematical tools used for formalization and modeling are proposed. Analysis of the main indicators of market functioning non-bank financial services Ukraine revealed patterns of development and typical features of financial intermediaries activity in the non-banking financial services market. Conceptual bases of strategic development of the non-banking financial services market in Ukraine are proposed. Recommendations for improving regulatory and supervisory functions in the non-banking financial services market and methodological basis of non-banking financial services market integration in the international financial sector are discussed. Exceptional role of the competitiveness of non-banking financial institutions in the strategic development of the non-banking financial services market in Ukraine is proved. A scientific and methodological approaches to the formation of the mechanism of competitiveness increasing of non-banking financial institutions for different models of strategic market development are proposed. Methodical and legislative measures to ensure the rights of customers of non-banking financial intermediaries are developed.
