Essay

Object of research - processes of formation of productivity of oilseeds: sunflower, safflower, oil flax in the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is theoretical substantiation and development of adaptive technologies for growing sunflower, safflower, flaxseed oil for cultivating them in conditions of constantly acting abiotic and biotic stress factors of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. Methods of research - field, chemical, morphophysiological, physical, biochemical, statistical comparative-calculation. Research results - For the theory: For the first time, a comprehensive agrobiological assessment of the modern hybrid and varietal composition of sunflower, safflower, and flaxseed oil on the compliance of the complex of abiotic and biotic factors, which allows to establish their productivity potential and level of its resource support in the production conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine. The high efficiency of using sunflower growing, safflower and flax of oil seed regulators with anti-stress action, co-authored by the author of the dissertation, and also the rules of their application, both for processing of seeds and foliar application, has been proved. For the practice: Based on the results of scientific research, technologies adapted for the conditions of the Southern Steppe of Ukraine have been developed for the cultivation of oilseeds, which increase the productivity of sunflower on 17 ... 33%; safflower - 12 ... 31%; flax oil - 15 ... 27%. The industrial testing of technology has proven its high economic efficiency. The level of profitability varies within 54 ... 487% in terms of crops and elements of cultivation technology. Scope of use - agricultural enterprises of the south of Ukraine.
