In the dissertation the fundamental research of the problem of professional training of the future masters of science in nursing in higher medical education institutions using the instruments of distance learning has been carried out.
The concept of professional training of the future masters of science in nursing in higher medical education institutions using the instruments of distance learning based on systematic, synergetic, thesaurus, personally-oriented, activity, praxeological, competence and innovation-technological approaches as well as foreign and national experience of professional training of the future masters of science in nursing under the conditions of the modern paradigm of higher nursing education has been substantiated. The pedagogical system of professional training of the future masters of science in nursing in medical institutions of higher education by means of distance learning has been developed, and its structural-functional model, consisting of the target, conceptual-methodological, theoretically-content, procedural-praxeological, result-evaluation blocks, has been worked out.
The pedagogical conditions of professional training of the future masters of science in nursing in higher medical education institutions using the instruments of distance learning have been found and theoretically grounded (integration of electronic educational and didactic resources of distance learning in the educational process of higher medical educational institutions; didactic provision of the electronic information educational environment in higher medical educational institutions for distance training of the future masters of science in nursing; tutor support of distance professional training of the future masters of science in nursing based on the realization of abilities of coaching, organization of self-education activity of the future masters of science in nursing by means of distance learning).
The scheme of three-phase distance learning of the future masters of science in nursing, which involves two full-time and one distance learning phases of learning, has been developed. The models of electronic distance learning taking into account the access to basic information structures and a set of distance learning tools that provide professional training of masters of science in nursing have been classified (electronic educational-methodological complexes of educational disciplines, audio-video lectures in Ukrainian, Russian and English, laboratory workshops, electronic databases, web-platforms, didactic materials, multimedia files, etc.).
Theoretical-methodological substantiation of the essence of the means of distance learning that contributes to the formation of readiness of the future masters of science in nursing to professional meta-activity has been carried out (electronic educational-methodological complexes, automated testing environment WebTestServis based on the program part of MOODLE; means of communication in the modes on-line and off-line (site of Educational-Scientific Institute of Nursing, personal blogs of teachers, chats, coaching sessions, e-mail, Skype); educational-information audio and video materials; complex of individual training tasks).
The complex of software tools of distance learning has been determined, which are grouped into problem-oriented; object-oriented (global information networks, programs for managing the databases of health care institutions, programs for the transmission of information messages); objectively oriented (program systems directly aimed at studying various structural units of the treatment-prevention institution).
The notion “readiness for professional meta-activity” has been introduced into scientific circulation as an integral personal formation, the level of formation of which is determined by the expressiveness and harmonization of its components, integrates plurality of professional knowledge, skills and personal qualities, determines the adaptation of the specialist to new conditions and types of activity, responsibility in decision making and ability to self-development.
The effectiveness of the developed system has been experimentally tested. The content, forms and methods of professional training of the future masters of science in nursing in higher medical education institutions using the instruments of distance learning have been improved.
