fundamentals of legal monitoring. Revealed regularities of implementation of the analytical functions of the legal monitoring. A theoretical and legal model of the implementation system of this institute is developed. In the dissertation the scientific positions and the obtained results are developed, which collectively solve the actual scientific problem concerning the disclosure of theoretical and practical principles of legal monitoring and development of recommendations for its improvement. System analysis of domestic literary sources and normative legal acts on the subject of the study showed that the problems of legal monitoring at this stage, due to the urgency and indirect scientific development, do not have the proper scientific, theoretical and practical justification. By developing legal monitoring from the technical and technological point of view and maximizing the convergence of the empirical and logical level of the cognitive process, it was possible to encompass and interconnect the methods of studying legislation and enforcement practice.
