Portna O. The aggregate financial potential of Ukraine: architectonics and implementation effectiveness

The concept of the aggregate financial potential of the country as a complex of financial resources determined in a reflexive relation to the potential results of their realization has been substantiated. The main, derivative and typical functions of the aggregate financial potential of the country have been expanded. The aggregate financial potential has been structured according to the institutional sectors of the economy. The corresponding indicators of the aggregate financial potential of the country have been offered. The content of the information support for estimating the formation and functioning of the aggregate financial potential of Ukraine has been determined. The classification of the aggregate financial potential of the country, the method of its quantitative assessment, the characterization of the synergetic effects of the interaction of the components of the aggregate financial potential of the country in its architectonics, approaches to the reproduction of the aggregate financial potential of the country, the structure of its comprehensive assessment, the characteristics of institutional support for the functioning of the country’s aggregate financial potential have been improved. The scientific substantiation of the structure of application of financial resources of the country and the idea of the content of modernization of the total financial potential of the country have been further developed.
