The dissertation is devoted to the problem of professional and pedagogical selfrealization of the teacher of postgraduate pedagogical education system by means of information and communication technologies in the process of European integration changes. The genesis and the current state of Ukrainian postgraduate pedagogical education, its individual directions, elements, features determined by modern socioeconomic transformations are analyzed. The requirements for pedagogical activity of the teacher of institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education in the conditions of information and communication space are theoretically substantiated. The features of professional pedagogical activity of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education in the context of integration of two main components are explored: special-scientific competence; psycho-pedagogical competence. Pedagogical sources of professional pedagogical self-realization of personality in the context of modern pedagogical point of view are established. The content of the category-conceptual apparatus is analyzed, the essence of the concept of "self-realization" is determined. The methodological principles of research based on systemic, subjectiveactivity, culturological, acmeological, competence and informational approaches are described. The content of the basic concepts of the problem raised in the context of the development of professional education is specified. Authorized interpretations of the leading research definitions are proposed. A scientifically substantiated structure of the teacher's professional-pedagogical self-realization of the postgraduate pedagogical education system which consists of valuable-motivational, cognitive-informative, practical-active, reflexive-estimated components is developed. The potential of information and communication technologies for the professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is theoretically based. Modern information and communication technologies as a factor of modernization of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are presented. The analysis of vocational education of European countries concerning the use of information and communication technologies is carried out. Methodological recommendations on the use of ICT for the development of the national system of postgraduate pedagogical education are offered. The IR-competence as a pre-condition for the effective professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education is revealed. On the basis of the complexity, interdisciplinarity and multilevelness of the declared problem, organizational and pedagogical conditions of professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies have been substantiated and tested. Such conditions revealed a systematic implementation of scientific and methodological support of professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of ICT; application of benchmarking tools for the effective professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies; introduction of acmeological technologies in the intercourse period as a component of professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies; creation and active use of virtual forms of methodological work as coordination centers of the information and communication environment; realization of innovative activity as a sphere of professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of information and communication technologies. The organizational and content model of the system professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate education by means of ICT consisting of separate, interconnected elements and ensures the integrity of the investigated process is developed and theoretically substantiated. The criteria and indicators of the teacher's professional pedagogical selfrealization of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education by means of ICT are singled out. The ways of providing the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the professional pedagogical self-realization of the teacher of the system of postgraduate pedagogical education by means of information and communication technologies are presented and their experimental verification is performed. The main directions of use of information and communication technologies for the professional pedagogical selfrealization of the teacher of postgraduate pedagogical education system are highlighted.
