The dissertation is devoted to the creation of a theoretical basis for the development and receiving of domestic medicinal products with hypoglycemic and hemostatic action, as well as a comprehensive pharmacological study of corn silk, leaves, roots, stems and flowers collected in male inflorescences of 24 hybrids and species, of white bryony roots and horse chestnut skin and kernels of seeds, as a herbal medicinal plant with hemostatic and sugar-lowering activity, the receiving of medicinal products on its based, the development of normative documentation on medicinal plant raw materials and medicinal products. The basic classes of BAS are investigated in the given types of raw materials: sugars, polysaccharides, amino acids, lectins, fatty acids, saponins, compounds of lecithin, phenolic compounds, mineral elements, alkaloids, melanin. The national monograph of SPhU was developed for medicinal plant raw materials "Corn silkN". The projects of the methods of quality control " Corn leaves", "Corn silk", "White bryony roots", "Chestnut skin of seeds", "Chestnut kernel of seeds" are developed. The composition of the herb collection "Anti-Diabetes Collection" has been developed. Its standardization has been carried out, hypoglycemic activity of the collection has been proved. The technology of obtaining the collection has been introducted at the manufacture of PJSC "Lubnifarm". A method for obtaining a liquid extract of corn silk and tincture of white bryony roots was proposed. The projects of MQC "Liquid extract of corn silk" and "Tincture of bryoni white roots" have been developed. Their hemostatic action was proved
