Popov A. Institutional Foundations of Agricultural Land Consolidation: Theory, Methodology, Practice

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for institutional support for the development of agricultural land consolidation. Scientific and methodical approaches to the setting up of a paradigm and strategy for the agricultural land consolidation have been developed. The institutional foundations for land consolidation are generalized and formed. Methodical approaches of agricultural land consolidation and land reallocation procedures and the development of relevant project documentation have been argued. The essence of procedural approaches to land consolidation and the legal institute of pre-trail settlement of disputes concerning providing the land consolidation is grounded. The system of indicators for the estimation of land fragmentation level and economic, ecological, and social efficiency of project decisions concerning the agricultural land consolidation is proposed.
