The dissertation is devoted to solving an important and complex scientific problem of substantiation of theoretical, methodological, methodical and practical principles of management of innovation and investment development of agrarian enterprises. In the dissertation the genesis of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of researches of innovation and investment development of subjects of economic relations is researched. The peculiarities of implementation of the model of innovation and investment development by the subjects of agrarian production are determined. The organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovation and investment development of agrarian enterprises is substantiated. The scientific approaches to the estimation of innovative and investment potential of agrarian enterprises have been identified. The methodology of selection of criteria of productivity of innovative activity of agrarian enterprises is outlined. Assessment of the level of investment attractiveness of enterprises in the agrarian sector of the economy is performed. Structural-dynamic tendencies of attraction of investment resources by the domestic agrarian enterprises are determined. The methodical approach to estimation of economic efficiency of introduction of innovations by agrarian enterprises is substantiated. The concept of constructing the organizational and economic mechanism of management of innovative and investment development of agrarian enterprises based on the decomposition of the mechanism of innovation and investment development with the allocation of organizational and economic components of the influence of the control system represented by the interests of owners, managers of companies (in associations of holding type) and management of agrarian enterprises is substantiated. on the object of management, that is, the investment process, associated with the implementation of production, management and commerce innovation. The regularity of the relationship between the causes and consequences of the implementation of strategies of innovation and investment development with the processes of organizational changes in the structures of management of agrarian enterprises is determined, which consists in determining the list of situations in which the company is able to complicate the existing management structure, its modernization or activation of participation in the processes of agro-industrial integration , followed by the identification of the ways and instrumental procedures for implementing the specified changes to ensure the manageability of innovation-investment these processes; The methodical approach to assessing the innovation and investment potential of the agrarian enterprise as an aggregate of the possibilities of introducing innovations and attracting investments from internal and external sources, taking into account the commodity and sectoral specialization, enterprise size and scale of production, characteristics of future competitive advantages, has been improved. The methodical approach to assessing the economic efficiency of introducing innovations by agrarian enterprises based on the time theory of money is proposed, along with the restrictions on the implementation of competitive advantages created at the introduction of innovations in target markets with imperfect competitive structures, as well as in the conditions of participation of agrarian enterprises in integration processes.
