In dissertation work author develops the theoretical and methodological foundations, scientific and methodological approaches to management of hotel industry company strategic development. Author substantiates conceptual approaches to management of strategic social and economic systems development, their ability of rather prompt response to demands of market with minimal required expenses. Author proposes the conception of strategy formation for development of hotel industry company, which is based on analysis of external and internal environment and it’s conformity to global objective of company development, providing significant increase in efficiency of management of decisions taken. Author substantiates that conception of management of company strategic development is a system of interconnected visions and approaches to understanding the essence of company strategic development, defines its target benchmarks and tools, mechanisms of their achievement, selection of management organization models that conform to strategic development objectives, substantiates the evaluation criteria of strategic development, determined by its competitive position on the market. Substantiation of listed representative and actual data about financial and economic activity of hotel industry companies from ten regions of Ukraine and Kyiv city provided the possibility to perform evaluation of strategies for providing competitiveness of company in sphere of hotel services and define adaptation level to conditions of external environment of hotel industry companies. Author proves that results received had changeable, instable character of operation efficiency level of hotel industry companies. In order to find out the potential threats and possibilities from outside environment, and also detail analysis of weak and strong sides of company, author forms generalized matrix of SWOT-analysis and offers alternative options for development strategies of hotel industry company. Author elaborates methodical approach to evaluation of indicators system of resources potential level of hotel industry company and performs evaluation of resources potential and competitive status of company by means of integral indicators. For purposes of evaluation, adjustment, improvement and increase of services quality author proposes the system of defining determinants for formation of mechanism controlling the services quality at hotel industry company. For defining the priority of using the development strategies regarding to specifics of every investigated company, author has elaborated the card of competitive advantages of hotel industry companies on the services market according to net profit from sale of product, which allowed to clearly reveal strong and weak sides of the company. According to determined goals author has built economic and mathematic model for evaluating indicators of financial state of hotel industry company. Author applies multistage method of hierarchy analysis (MAI) which allowed to range the hotel industry companies according to decrease of their financial stability level, to select leaders and outsiders. For determining rehabilitation capacity of hotel industry company and liquidity complications, as well as ability of company to generate profit effectively, increase attractiveness of business for owners of hotel industry companies, author has elaborated and built the complex matrix model for financial strategy of company development, which is a constructive tool for efficient management of resources potential of hotel industry company. By means of financial analysis system author has performed the evaluation of economic growth of hotel industry companies and determined the efficiency of financial and production activity of hotel industry companies, giving possibility to define the rate of company’s economic growth.
