Essay

The object of the study are systems of stress management at enterprises. The purpose of the study is to develop conceptual, theoretical and methodological and methodical and applied principles of the formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises. The author used the methods: expert evaluations; visualization; fuzzy sets; graphic; systemic; empirical research; identification; grouping and systematization; analysis and synthesis; statistical analysis; structural-logical analysis; correlation-regression analysis; morphological analysis. The theoretical value of the results of the dissertation work is to study the theoretical foundations of the formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: for the first time the concept of formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises as a specific management function was developed; the method of visualization within the systems of stress management of zones of potential critical unwanted deviations; the method of diagnosing the level of criticality of an unwanted deviation in the chain of "supply-production-sales"; the method of analyzing stress management systems at enterprises is improved; a model of a polycrystalline choice of stress management tools; the method of diagnosing the influence of stress management systems on the results of the activity of the subjects of management; scientific and methodological position on identification of problems, prospects and possibilities of improvement of systems of stress management at enterprises; a complex of key indicators of the effectiveness of the formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises. Developed: the typology of factors of formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises; scientific and methodological position to the formation of process regulations in stress management systems; typology of methods of stress management; a variety of tools for the formation and use of stress management systems. The subject of the study is the development of theoretical and methodological and methodological principles for the formation and use of stress management systems at enterprises. The author's recommendations are applied to the development of the enterprise management system in stressful conditions. The sphere of using author's recommendations is machine-building enterprises.
