Stashchuk O. Financial Security of Join-Stock Companies: Conceptual Framework of Theory and Practice

The object – the process of providing the financial security of joint-stock companies. The aim – deepening of conceptual basis, improving theoretic and methodic approaches and practical recommendations about providing the financial security of joint-stock companies. Methods – historical method; logical method; method of synthesis and analyzing; synectical method; method of system analysis and structural method; indicator method; integral method; method of theoretical generalization; method of statistic and factorial analysis; normative and fundamental method; method of grouping; graphical method; method of economic and mathematical modelling; method of coral analysis; expert method; method of logical analysis and strategical management; method of extrapolation. The results – we developed conceptual basis of theory and practice of financial security of joint-stock companies and formed a range of theoretic and methodologic, scientific and practical conclusions about providing the financial security of joint-stock companies. Novelty – we introduced into scientific circulation the term “dominants of financial security of joint-stock companies”; we gave reasons to scientific statements of research methodology of financial security of joint-stock companies; we developed and tested the complex methodologic approach to analyzing financial risks of joint-stock companies in the conditions of uncertainty and lack of statistic data for analysis; scientific approach to interpretation of the essence of the term “financial security of joint-stock companies” with emphasizing maximalisation of market value of joint-stock companies for increasing their investment rate; conceptual approach to grouping functions of the system of providing the financial security of joint-stock companies; methodic approach to systematization of joint-stock companies on dominants and treats to financial security in the view of its separate parts on the base of fundamental statements of expert method of scientific researches; scientific approach to structurization of the mechanism of management of financial security of joint-stock companies; scientific and methodic approach to evaluation of effectiveness of management of financial security of joint-stock companies with implementation of two-staged coral analysis of synchronic establishing solidity of relations of different levels between factorial and resultative indexes; retrospective analysis of establishing of the science about financial security of joint-stock companies; theoretic statements about increasing effectiveness of using integral evaluation of the state of financial security of joint-stock companies; conceptual approach to forming the algorithm of complex analyzing financial security of joint-stock companies; theoretic and methodological approach to the evaluation of influence of the structure and main sources of forming funds onto the state of financial security of joint-stock companies with the help of expert and statistic methods of scientific researches and with counting exterior peculiarities of functioning of joint-stock companies; scientific and methodic approach to the evaluation of the effectiveness of management of financial security of joint-stock companies on the base of a formalizing model; methodic of evaluation of the effectiveness of management of financial security of joint-stock companies from the view of investment attractiveness with the help of extrapolation of T. Saati`s method.
