The doctrinal model of system of norm defining grounds of criminal responsibility for criminal associations (gangs, terrorist groups and organizations, illegal paramilitary or armed formations) creating and participation in them as well as criminal legal stimulation of their participants has been developed in this dissertation. Offers on legislation and its enforcement improvement (e.g. draft of the law «On amendments of Criminal code of Ukraine on perfection of responsibility for criminal associations creating and participation in them») based on conducted research have been formulated.
