Fedosov A. Theoretical substantiation and practical solution of the problem of development and production of remedies for digestive organs treatment

The thesis is devoted to the development of composition and manufacture technology of gastric species, to the experimental confirmation of their composition rationality as well as to pharmacognostic study of artichoke inflorescences, garlic leaves and bulbs, dietary supplement “Alcynara” and to Methods of Quality Control (MQC) projects development for these objects. MQC “Gastric species № 1”, “Gastric species № 3”, “Artichoke inflorescences”, “Garlic leaves”, “Garlic bulbs” and “Alcynara” were worked out. The technology of obtaining and quality control methods of gastric species № 1 were introduced into industrial production process of PJSC “Lubnypharm”. The technology of obtaining and quality control methods of gastric species № 3 were introduced into industrial production process of PrJSC “Liktravy”.
