Butina L. Prognostication, prevention and treatment of disorders in the menopause in women with hyperproliferative processes of the reproductive system.

The dissertation shows new solution of direction of scientific problem. The solution consists of theoretical synthesis of the results of the study of mechanisms and risk factors of the development of disorders in the menopause in women with hyperproliferative processes of the reproductive system, and on this basis – to the creation of complex pathogenetically grounded method of forecasting, prevention and treatment of disorders in the menopause in women with hyperproliferative processes of the reproductive system. For the first time, based on complex studies, a new concept of prognostication of disorders in the menopause in women with hyperproliferative processes of the reproductive system has been introduced. To identify the factors associated with severity of the course of disorders in the menopause, namely, the climacteric syndromt (CS) and the evaluation of the degree of their influence on the course of the menopause, the method of construction and analysis of multivariable mathematical models was used.There was first installed that the presence in women with hyperproliferaitive processes of the reproductive system of operation on appendages of the uterus chronic inflammatory diseases of genital organs, diseases of liver and bili ducts, stomachand intestine, hypermenstrualsyndrome, hypertensive illness, chronic extragenital hearths of infection increase the severity of the course of disorders in the menopause. Consistent application in women with hyperproliferative processes of the reproductive system by our worked out and proposed method of prognostication of disorders in the menopause, prevention of it in premenopause using the hormone and immunocorrection therapy and treatment in menopause by appointment of the complex of preparations: a combined vegetable of preparation, a substance from the microalgae Spirulina platensis, pictine and an anxiolytic agent with the active substance mebicar, allows to reduce the intensity of neurovegetative and psychoemotional disorders in menopause according to the modified index of Kuperman data 2,5 times less than before treatment, and 1,26 times less as compared in women with nataral menopause, after treatment according our method, without previous in premenopause.
