Essay

Object – the process of maintenance the ecological and economic effectiveness of land use in conditions of infringement of institutional transformations in Ukraine; the purpose – to develop and substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles for maintenance the ecological and economic effectiveness of land use in conditions of infringement of institutional transformations; methods – the set of general scientific and special methods at the empirical and theoretical levels of research: system (structural and functional) analysis, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction; simulation and comparison; historical and logical methods of scientific knowledge, normative-legal regulation, documenting, content analysis; formalization, graphic, economic-mathematical methods, modelling; abduction; idealization; novelty – the paradigm of ecological and economic effectiveness of land use with the focus on determining the systemic result of multifunctional use of land resources in conditions of infringement of institutional transformations is substantiated. The algorithm of internalization of externalities of land use is developed. The logical-semantic model of modernization of the land governance system in the indicated sphere is proposed; results – methodology of the formation of a financial and economic mechanism for maintenance ecologically and economically efficient land use has further developed. The strategic directions of increasing the effectiveness of the national model of land resources governance and the dominance of the system of sustainable land use in Ukraine are argued; introduction to economic practice.
